Additions to "lunar" GCM window

There are several functions that should be performed automatically, or through controls, at the level of the lunar GCM window. These would functions would be done at the completion of a simulation. The most important items include: 1. Run the TimeSeries program for all years 2. Run the Average program for the last 5 or 10 years (allow user to select) 3. Run the Setup Oceans programs (a bit tricky, but doable) less important, but also possible 4. Calculate the standard deviations for all standard diagnostics (this program exists somewhere)
