outline continents when filled (reverse color)

black filled continents should have white outline

white should have black

for the rest... A possible algorithm:

• determine hue (or something)
• if fill is light, outline with black
• if fill is dark, outline with white

Or, outline with the inverse of the color

Or, let user choose fill and outline color themselves.
