Viewing/Editing of Images in the Image Browser

Description

We need to allow users to double click on the text of the images in the image browser and be able to edit that text. But there is a concern:

1. How do we avoid having students overwrite txt files that the teacher has placed in the images folder?

Should allow edit on single click, as is done in the eJournal.
