BUG: New Setup Sims in Windows EdGCM have erroneous error about "owner" and "description"

Description

In Windows version:

1. Duplicate a run 2. type in owner name 3. type in a description 4. hit play button

You get an erroneous Error Message stating that the owner and description are missing. The second time you hit the run button the run starts fine.
