Warn when re-opening file

Description

EdGCM replaces file contents when analyze output is re-run. If the file is open in EVA this will cause problems. The 're-open' warning created a bug (infinite spawning windows) and was removed. However, the problem of EVA trying to access file contents that no longer exist, and/or warning the user of re-opening a file still needs to be solved.

Note: Handled properly when file is re-opened. This bug only exists when the file is re-extracted but the 'view' button is not clicked.
