Go menu > Diag folder does nothing on windows

Description

Go menu > Run Folder works. Go menu > Diagnostics Folder does not appear to have any effect.

I cannot reproduce this bug under Windows for a run where output exists. If there is a run without output the diagnostics folder may have been deleted. Since the diagnostics folder is created when you try to process output a run may not have the folder. If there is no diagnostics folder then the menu item does nothing, the absence of the folder is not an error therefore no message is displayed.
