"Averaging Period" header of Zonal Average on windows contains, for example, the following:

Averaging Period: NAEMEVO   R54  TNOMO SHAJ FRAUN   YY SRAE902 **-6

I can confirm this bug for Zonal on Windows it comes from some kind of problem in !SumAndPD, TimeSeries and !MakeNetCDF are not effected. The problem is very strange because both the months and other information are all stored as block data but only the months are wrong. Looking into the problem...

This bug occurs in TimeSeries too. And it occurs on OS X when the compile is Intel Native (ifort). Therefore it is almost definitely a big endian bug.
