cant see maps of output data when opened, only scale at bottom and text at top

i put the output folder of some model runs into a z drive so i could open them up on the same computer somewhere else. everything copied, and the maps pop up when selected but nothing shows up except scale at bottom and text at top of map. the map itself is completely white with no grid boxes or outline of globe. thanks
