Can't Extract files in EdGCM 3.1 due to makenetCDFij error

Description

When trying extract Map files in EdGCM 3.1 (Analyze Output window) the following error message is received:

? System Error: ? No such file or directory ? OPEN(UNIT=10,... Press RETURN to quit the program.

I don't know that program, or what unit 10 is. I tried the same thing in EdGCM 3.0 and it worked fine. I have NOT tested this in Windows, only on a Mac.
